We know that dogs have a keen sense of smell and have 300 million olfactory senses, whereas humans have just 6 million.
The canine body temperature is between 38.3°C and 39.2°C. The human body temperature is lower at 37°C.
A dog has a total of 42 teeth compared to a human who has just 32 teeth.
Both dogs and humans have the same amount of neck vertebrae however a dog has 7 Vertebrae in their Lumbar (lower back), and a human has just 5.
A dog can reach speeds of up to 45mph. The fastest human speed was set by the famous sprinter Usain Bolt who managed just 28mph.
